Romantic Liberty House Restaurant Wedding Filled with Lush Greens and Classic Details and a Beautiful View of New York City

“The wedding look had a mixture of romantic tones and modern classic details. I love greenery and flowers, so we had a hanging floral piece above the sweetheart table, which looked amazing surrounded by the walls of windows at the venue that showed Liberty State park, the river, and the New York City skyline in the background. It was incredible! We got so lucky to have this purple and pink sunset that lasted for a good part of the evening. The invitation shared in the same floral detail with a modern twist that continued to Jaspal's classic blue tuxedo and the beading of my dress. From that, the vibe of the wedding was sincere appreciation and love for all of our guests who were extremely happy to celebrate with us! We wanted everyone to feel part of the party and excitement of the day. I didn't stop dancing for a minute.” - Fabiana, the beautiful Bride.

We began the day in Queens at Fabiana’s parent’s home, then headed over to their church for the beautiful ceremony. Afterwards we went to New Jersey to Liberty State Park for portraits and finally ended the night at Liberty House Restaurant for their reception. It was such a fun filled day!! Fabiana is part of triplets and the 3 sisters were so adorable and fun to work with! I was excited to be a part of such a memorable day!!!

A Rainy Brooklyn Promenade New York City Elopement

This was definitely one of the most interesting elopements I've ever done.  Shot entirely in the pouring rain!  Jackie and Aaron are from LA, California (Peep the LOVE LA street sign in one of these shots later) and their parents were flying in to NYC to witness their union.  Although the forecast had rain at 100%, their parents were only going to be in town this weekend - so we knew it was going to happen- rain or shine! We met at the Brooklyn Promenade; the officiant all ready, and everyone had armed with umbrellas!  I was able to capture their adorable elopement in the rain, surrounded by their family and friends and it was AWESOME!  It was whimsical, romantic, fast paced and definitely the kind of day you'd remember!! Despite the weather, there was a gorgeous backdrop and a lot less people walking around the park (which was really helpful!!)  Jackie and Aaron were all up for everything!! Their upbeat spirit and willingness to get amazing shots DEFINITELY made it all worth it!!  I had so much fun with them and was so thankful that despite some unforeseen circumstances- they were still able to have fun and enjoy their day!!!  Photographing in New York, you really never know what you’re going to get! A Wedding at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Jersey City, New Jersey

Lily and Daniel had an beautiful wedding on the New Jersey front overlooking the New York City skyline!  It was an perfect November day, with amazing sunshine and warmth.  It’s so nice to get out of new york city sometimes to photograph.

A Greenwich Connecticut Multi Cultural Wedding with Nitya & Terrence

How amazing was this wedding?! It was 2 days full of celebration with friends and family. A TON of dancing and even a talent show performed by the family to strut their stuff for the bride and groom! And yes, a surprise Bhangra-team appearance to tip off the reception- and YES the bride's father RAPS,.. oh and uh, not to mention, the bride and groom gets a SIGNED blessing from the Pope himself. I think this wedding was jam-packed with a ton of good stuff. I had a ton of fun, and it seemed like everyone did as well. Nitya and Terrence are both from New York City but did not have a New York City Wedding since they wanted to have it where they are both from.
