Beautiful and Elegant New York City Elopement in Central Park
Jerry and Emily's love story unfolded against the iconic backdrop of Central Park, marking the beginning of their beautiful and elegant New York City elopement. As a seasoned wedding and elopement photographer, I had the privilege of capturing every moment of their special day amidst the timeless allure of the city that never sleeps.
Theirs was an intimate ceremony, held in the shadow of the majestic Bethesda Fountain, surrounded by the verdant beauty of Central Park. With only a select few family members in attendance, they exchanged vows that echoed through the tranquil oasis, each word a testament to their enduring love and commitment.
Prior to their ceremony, Jerry and Emily prepared for their momentous occasion at the luxurious 1 Hotel, where the serene ambiance of Central Park provided the perfect backdrop for their prelude to matrimony. As they made their way through the park, anticipation and excitement filled the air, their steps guided by the promise of a lifetime of happiness together.
With my lens poised to capture every cherished moment, Jerry and Emily embarked on a journey that would forever bind their hearts as one. Against the backdrop of New York City's skyline, they exchanged vows that resonated with sincerity and devotion, their love a beacon of hope amidst the bustling energy of the metropolis.
Their elopement was not merely a celebration of their union, but a tribute to the enduring romance of Central Park and the indomitable spirit of New York City. Through my lens, I had the honor of immortalizing their love story, a timeless tale of two souls finding solace and joy in each other's embrace amidst the urban landscape.
Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art Engagement Session in New York City
Linda and Daniel recently moved to NYC and wanted to immortalize their time here by getting married in NYC! So when we talked about where to do their engagement session, Linda definitely wanted to incorporate the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park! It was great to get some gorgeous shots inside the room of The Temple of Dendur at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. It’s such an iconic new york city spot and a place that had beautiful lighting. I think the highlight for me on this shoot was meeting the bubble man and having him teach us how to make HUGE bubbles in Central Park!! It was also really cool to have him create a huge heart bubble to encompass both Linda and Daniel!! Such a cool experience! I’m glad they chose me to be their new york city wedding photographer! I am also shooting their gorgeous wedding next fall!
A New York City Dim Sum and Beef Noodle Soup Cooking Engagement Photography Session in Long Island City
These two amazing New York City chefs wanted to have an engagement photography session that would capture their personalities and their loves... for each other and for delicious food. They began with sharing dim sum with one another as a starter, then Ryan's famous beef noodle soup. They topped it off with some chocolate souffles ... which tasted... amazing. And yes... as the photographer I got to try some of the food.. hehe! It was really fun working with these two and we got some amazing shots in the process! I love doing things differently and trying new ideas- so much diversity and customs to experience as a New York City wedding photographer!! Here are some of my favorite shots from the session:
