Linda and Daniel recently moved to NYC and wanted to immortalize their time here by getting married in NYC! So when we talked about where to do their engagement session, Linda definitely wanted to incorporate the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park! It was great to get some gorgeous shots inside the room of The Temple of Dendur at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. It’s such an iconic new york city spot and a place that had beautiful lighting. I think the highlight for me on this shoot was meeting the bubble man and having him teach us how to make HUGE bubbles in Central Park!! It was also really cool to have him create a huge heart bubble to encompass both Linda and Daniel!! Such a cool experience! I’m glad they chose me to be their new york city wedding photographer! I am also shooting their gorgeous wedding next fall!
Central Park and Dumbo Brooklyn, NYC Engagement Photography Session
Jennifer and Paul moved to New York City from Houston, Texas. Living in New York has been amazing for them, so when they were deciding on where to do their engagement session, they agreed it would be wonderful to document their time in New York City together here. When choosing locations, they wanted some New York City staple locations, so Times Square was definitely on that list, along with Central Park. We then ended the session back in Brooklyn (where Paul currently lives) with his infamous Corgi pup named Siri. (Check out Siri's instagram; legend) I’m so glad I was able to capture such amazing and sweet moments for this couple as their time in New York City is so special! Another reason why I love being a New York City wedding photographer!!!
Central Park West, New York City Engagement Session
Claudia and Brendan are planning to have their wedding in Amsterdam, so it seemed only fitting to get a couple of shots over by Amsterdam Ave on the Upper West in New York City! We took a stroll over to their running path near Central Park West, hit the spot where Brendan proposed to Claudia.. and then walked a little bit more around their neighborhood. It was a really great, casual and fun shoot with them! I love being able to photograph engagement session in New York City!! Also, working with such fun and laid back people were amazing. They were such naturals!!
New York City Engagement Session at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
Fabiana and Michele journeyed all the way from Brasil to capture their engagement session in the vibrant heart of New York City. Fabiana's deep connection to the city, having lived and studied there, made the Metropolitan Museum of Art the perfect backdrop for their photoshoot. Despite the biting cold of a typical NYC winter day, we ventured into Central Park, embracing the frozen beauty of the lake for stunning shots. Being entrusted as their New York City wedding and engagement photographer was truly an honor, allowing me to capture the essence of their love amidst the iconic backdrop of the city that never sleeps. I am so glad they chose me to be their New York City wedding and engagement photographer!
