Brooklyn City Hall Elopement and Brooklyn Bridge Park Portraits with Margaret & George

Margaret and George invited their close family to be a part and witness their intimate ceremony at the Brooklyn Cityhall in New York City. Margaret’s grandfather who is 102 (!!!!!!) flew all the way to New York City from Texas to come and see his grand daughter be married! It was such a sweet ceremony and we were able to capture such a memorable moment and also beautiful family portraits right after. Margaret and George live in Dumbo and wanted to capture some of their portraits in their neighborhood at Brooklyn Bridge Park - and it was all so beautiful!!

Destination Wedding in New York City with a couple from the UK

Katy, a florist from the UK wanted to have her destination wedding in New York City.  Philip and her have been to New York City a few times and knew this was going to be the place.  Their families flew out from the UK to come and support the exciting event and shower them with love and encouragement!  It was a sweet, intimate ceremony inside the New York City City Hall, followed by some amazing portraitures throughout New York City.  Katy really loves the gritty urban look of NYC so we tried to incorporate that as much as possible.  We ventured through Soho, the West Village and Chelsea.  Took her to all the places I love to go to as a New York City wedding photographer. New York City Hall Elopement and Wedding Session

Liz and Soni were having a larger affair in a couple of months, but wanted to do something intimate before their big celebration. They decided to go to New York City Hall and have an intimate ceremony first (just the two of them! Plus me as the witness :D) and a sweet portrait session right after! It was such a great time to be able to photograph them in this moment and then wander around downtown New York City together afterwards! It was a nice touch since they were having their wedding in PA and it was a great idea to get some city landscapes and gorgeous wildness landscapes during the wedding day!

Sweet New York City Hall Wedding Ceremony

Victoria and John decided to elope in an intimate and quiet ceremony at NYC City Hall before their big wedding party a few months later. They wanted to have this moment together in their memory and then have the big party reception for all their friends and family. I photographed their intimate ceremony and then we walked around the downtown area nearby city hall to take a photos. We got some photos in front of the court houses and then headed nearby to Chinatown to get some more photos on the streets. We ended our shoot by grabbing a bite at a nearby soup dumpling restaurant! It was awesome to hang out with them and capture these memories with them!
